The device has a mounting support (10) with two extensions (12), positioning hole (111), and retaining projection (121) formed at a side surface running between the extensions. A locking pin (20) is extended from a lower surface of the support to the hole. The pin has an upper stop (21), lower stop (22) and a secondary positioning projection (23) if the extensions and pin are extended into a region (31) of a socket (30). The upper stop is extended through the hole based on joining of the upper stop to an upper surface of the body. The projections are received in recesses (32) of the socket.
