The method involves connecting flat cover plates (1) with an expanded metal plate, which forms a core, in a force-fit and form-fit manner. Knots formed by meshes are adhered at the cover plates. Resistive moments of the cover plates are influenced by design of mesh geometry and the expandable metal plate. A foaming polyurethane adhesive is applied on the cover plates. The cover plates are connected with an intermediate layer such as canvas or knitted fabric.
