The vane has a vane blade (1) with a medium-contacted outer surface formed from a flexible cover (3), which encloses a carrying structure (2). A flow-capable blowing medium (4) e.g. liquid or gas or pasty material, is formed between the flexible cover and the carrying structure, and measures are met to enable a transfer of the blowing medium from a side of the vane blade to the other side of the vane blade.
