The gear has cam disks (1, 2) arranged about a rotating axis (14), and rolling elements (12) provided between the cam disks. Wave-like surfaces (3, 4) are arranged in the cam disks, such that rotation of the cam disks causes axial movement of the rolling elements about the axis. The rolling elements are arranged on a movable disk (5, 6), which is movable in an axis parallel to the axis (14) and is formed in a flexible manner, such that combined axial and radial movement of the rolling elements are absorbed and the disk is rigidly formed in a circumferential direction.
