The shoe has a shoe sole (1) connected with a hard shell (6), and a flexible shank (7) provided with a firm upper edge. The firm upper edge runs in a longitudinal axis from a point of the shoe sole to a point of a tensioning rope (3), which is positioned at an end of the sole under a tension. The tension of the rope is enabled by an arm set in the form of a tensioning arm (8), and a large force is transferred on the rope by a short arm of the arm set. A small force is necessary for tensioning the rope by an actuation of a long arm of the arm set.
