Solar battery charger has a rolling or coiling system (12) in a housing (1), is recharged by the energy for operation of mobile electrical appliances. The housing is in a cylindrical shape, which has a winding axis and an opening (3), for accommodating a flexible solar cell (4). The winding axis is lashed or adhered with the solar cell at the end for the achievement of coiling. The flexible solar cell is placed in the housing in a coiled or rolled condition. An elongated perpendicular slot (2) is provided at the housing, which is longer in width than the solar cell.
