The crankshaft (1) has crankshaft bearings (2) located adjacent to a cylinder, and four connecting rod bearings (4) located between the bearings (2) at crankpins (3). The bearings are connected with each other by seven crankshaft flanges (5). Four disconnection points (6) are arranged in an axial direction, where one point is arranged between one rod bearing and one flange and the other point is arranged between third flange and other rod bearing. The third point is arranged between sixth flange and third rod bearing. The fourth point is arranged between fourth flange and seventh rod bearing.
