The procedure for removing corrosive and harmful pollutants from fermenting substrates to be dried and combustion exhaust gases from fermentation plants and combustion plants using a device, comprises introducing a pollutant flow (9) from the substrate into a vacuum chamber (7) and the pollutants from an exhaust gas flow (4) of a combustion plant (3) into a reactor (22) for eliminating the pollutants, and drying the fermenting substrate with the exhaust gas flow in low emission rate, the heat loss from a cooling circuit (18) of the combustion plant, the heat obtained by condensation of water from the exhaust gas flow in the dryer and the heat obtained in a condensation heat exchanger, in single or multi-level process. The dissolved gases, which are injurious to health, are removed by applying vacuum at the vacuum chamber through a vacuum pump and by heating the substrate in container through the cooling circuit of the combustion plant. The dissolved gases of the fermenting substrate from a storage chamber are mixed with the exhaust gas from the combustion plant in a mixing chamber in a stoichiometric mixture ratio. The mixture of ammonia and exhaust gas is brought into a reactor (22) with one another. The dissolved gases are brought with the exhaust gas from the combustion plant by warming up with one another in the reactor through reacted, heated exhaust gases for reacting with one another. The dissolved gases are brought into a reactor area (5) by a catalyst. A part of the ammonia from the fermenting substrate is burned to nitrogen oxide in a burner (27) and in the combustion plant, so that the stoichiometric ratio of the portion of nitrogen oxides and ammonia for the reaction is optimally adjusted with one another in the reaction area. The substrate from the container is dried with the exhaust gas in a drying plant (13) to heat the pollutants. The exhaust gas released for heating the pollutants is mixed for cooling with external air to dry the substrate. The energy is obtained by condensation of water, in which the exhaust gas in the condensation heat exchanger (11) is cooled by the external air and the obtained energy is used for the drying process of the fermenting substrate. The energy from the heat loss and the energy obtained in the heat exchanger are used in the drying plants. Condensates obtained in heat exchanger are supplied again to the fermentation process of the biogas plant. A parameter of the gas flows is measured in suitable point to adjust the stoichiometric ratio between the ammonia flow (16) and the exhaust gas flow in the mixing chamber.
