The battery (1) has a printed circuit board (11) arranged inside a housing (2) in an electrical connection area (10) of cells (5). A supporting unit (14) is arranged inside the housing. A loading force exerted by a deformation (13) of the housing on the printed circuit board is supported by the supporting unit, for protecting the printed circuit board when the deformation is caused by a deformation force (12). The deformation force acts from outside the housing, and causes the deformation in a direction of the printed circuit board.
