The electrochemical single cell (7) has an electrode stack wound around a cooling pipe and unfolded on a cooling pipe. The cooling pipe is manufactured from heat conducting material at its surface facing the electrode packet in section. The cooling pipe is formed as heat conducting bar and the heat conducting bar is a solid material made of a heat conducting metallic material. The material of heat conducting bar is aluminium and copper.
