The device has a winding shaft (1) coupled with a moving device. The moving device axially moves the shaft with an actuator (5) around a value of a diameter of a single drawing cord (6) during each rotation of a gathering process of a curtain, such that the cord is stored parallel to the shaft. A guiding spike (8) is arranged between the shaft and an operating device (3), and stabilizes a position of the shaft during the movement. The shaft with an internal thread is arranged at a fixed threaded rod, where the shaft with the actuator is screwed at the threaded rod, when a curtain is gathered.
