The sensor has a connecting shaft (10) with two ends and a central section, where a torsion oscillator (12) and another torsion oscillator are connected with the respective ends of the shaft. Insulators (16, 18) are connected with the central section. Two oscillating units are provided between the two respective oscillators and the insulator. A signal transmission/receiving line is provided for transmitting and receiving driving and collecting signals of the oscillating units. A control unit controls the driving and collecting signals through the signal transmission/ receiving line.
