The element (9) has two contact surfaces for inner sides of bone lamellas (5, 6), where the contact surfaces are opposite to each other. A retaining projection is provided on an upper side of the element for attachment of a handling instrument (19). Distance of the contact surfaces decreases from the upper side of the element to a lower surface of the element. The contact surfaces merge into one another on the lower surface of the element, where the contact surfaces are formed in an even manner. An independent claim is also included for a surgical equipment comprising a photographic chamber.
