A traction vehicle is a railway dredger/digger (3) with a boom/extension arm (4). On the end side on the boom/extension arm there is a sucking head (5) linked to a suction unit (2) via a suction pipe (6). The boom/extension arm has a main boom (4a) with height adjustment along with a boom arm (4b) and a pendulum arm (4c). The sucking head locks onto the pendulum arm.
