The method is for fastening an electrically conductive thread to a textile fabric, wherein the electrically conductive thread is used as reel thread and the fastening is carried out in the form of a two-thread lock stitch seam. The electrically conductive thread may be used as needle thread, or may be inlaid in a zigzag seam as a third thread system. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a textile heating surface; (2) a method for the permanent contacting of a feed belt with a conductive yarn; (3) a method for electrically conductive bridging of boundaries of cut pieces; (4) an electrically conductive textile; and (5) a textile product.
