A rotor (2) has rotor teeth (3), where the ratio of the stator teeth to the rotor teeth amounts to 3:2. A permanent magnet (4) is provided in a drum arrangement. An electronic control device is connected with a power source for providing the commutation of the winding cables of the motor.
