The structure has pipes (I) provided with fluid i.e. water, on a central holder (II), where the structure is operated by a lifting force. A stopper (IV) is connected to the central holder so that the pipes do not fall after tilting toward bottom. A motion sequence mechanism (III) is connected adjacent to the pipes, a weight is moved up and down in a motion sequence, and a lever (V) controls the motion sequence mechanism to develop a continuous effect.
