The structure has a left container (I) provided with water, where the structure is operated by a lifting force. A bottom valve (III) is attached to the container, and an air pump (IV) pumps air through the valve. The air pump is moved over a left lever (VIII), which is dipped in a liquid. A floating body (VII) is dipped into a right container with water when the left lever presses a right lever towards bottom. A mechanism (VI) is provided for opening and closing of holes (V) in an air collecting device (II).
