The unit (10) has two rows (31-l, 31-r) of axial ventilators (24) directly arranged within a lamellar region (38) whose breadth is similar to a double value of the dimension of exhaust ports (29-a) apart from narrow boundary regions. The narrow boundary regions are required for mounting the ventilators. The ventilator rows are utilized against each other, and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of a heat exchanger around a half diameter of an air opening. The heat exchanger has an outer shape according to a flat box-like configuration.
