A light emitting layer is formed on the conducting type semiconductor material layer, such that a partial area is exposed to an electrode. Another conducting type semiconductor material layer is formed on the light emitting layer with a composite contact layer and a partial area of composite contact layer is exposed. Another electrode is formed on the exposed partial area of the composite contact layer and has contact with transparent conducting layer.
