The connector (1) has fixed and rotatable connecting sections (14, 24) provided in inner and outer housings (21,11) and connected to ends of flat cables (3-6). Reversal sections (3a-6a) are provided in a cable housing (2) around a winding direction of the flat cables. A preset identification mark is attached to the reversal sections corresponding to sections of the flat cables, where the inner housing is provided in a neutral condition. A vision panel (25) is arranged in a cover (23) for viewing the mark in the neutral condition.
