A steering wheel (1) acts on a steering spindle (5). An actuator device (2) with a drive device (3) is integrated in the steering wheel. The drive device has a stator (7) linked to a steering column tube (6) for the steering spindle and a rotor (9) linked to the steering spindle via an exchangeable liner (8) able to be adapted to any steering spindle diameter. The stator for the drive device is supported on the liner via bearings (11), especially ball bearings.
