摘要
Components (1, 2) with high temperature resistance are welded. In an example, the first (1) is made of TiAl, the second (2) of steel, which deforms at lower temperatures than TiAl. The friction welding surface (14) of the first material is first heated inductively, achieving the most uniform temperature distribution possible, in the radial and axial directions. During friction welding, continuous external heat supply is maintained. After friction welding, stress-relieving annealing of the bond takes place, during which the two components become materially-bonded at the friction welded surfaces.
