The tube has a tubular unit (1) provided, where the tubular unit faces an inner surface of the tube and is made of a metal selected from a group of zirconium, tantalum, niobium, aluminium or metal alloy. The tubular unit extends evenly over the tube length. A tubular unit (2) is connected with the tubular unit (1) and is made of a metal or alloy different from the metal of the tubular unit (1). The tubular unit (2) is arranged circularly around a section of the tubular unit (1) proximate to one end of the tubular unit (1), where the section is less than one-third of the tube length. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a bimetal tube (2) a method for repairing or rectifying a chemical tube bundle system.
