The method for preventing the development of explosive mixture during withdrawing of liquid oxygen from a container, a pipeline and/or an air separation plant and the subsequent coincidence of the emerged oxygen with organic material, comprises covering the organic material partially with a water film and/or a film out of a water similar fluid. The water film has a thickness of 10 mm and a temperature of 15[deg]C. The temperature of the organic material is detected with the withdrawing oxygen.
