Glueing workpieces together by applying adhesive to one piece, activating the adhesive and contacting this piece with another piece comprises using an adhesive in which a catalyst is formed or activated on exposure to ultraviolet or visible light and induces hardening without further irradiation. An independent claim is also included for an electric motor in which a permanent magnet is glued to a rotor or stator as above.
