The method involves providing a component e.g. sprocket, and providing a repeating event of the component, where the repeating event is a complete cycle of the component. The component is replicated at a time such that an equivalent part is formed, where the equivalent part is provided with the repeating event. The equivalent part is delayed with the component, where the equivalent part is moved by a predetermined amount with respect to the component. The component and equivalent part are provided in a transfer case. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a torsional force transfer member assembly (2) a sprocket assembly (3) a chain and sprocket arrangement.
