Production of a toothed arrangement comprises preparing a profiled sturdy metallic workpiece, positioning the workpiece within a tool containing a negative mold of the toothed arrangement and adiabatically deforming the workpiece to produce a toothed arrangement using very high impact speeds of the tool onto the workpiece. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Toothed wheel with the above toothed arrangement; and (2) Device for the production of the toothed arrangement.
