Heat-conductive material layer manufacturing method, involves inserting fibers in field area and transporting towards carrier layer, where fibers have large heat-conductivity toward fiber longitudinal direction than other direction
The method involves applying a non-completely hardened carrier layer (4) on a surface (3) of a base material (1) to be coated. An electrostatic field is applied with field lines (9) aligned on the carrier layer in a field area (8). Oblong fibers (5) are inserted in the field area and transported towards the carrier layer, where fibers have a large heat-conductivity towards a fiber longitudinal direction (6) than the another direction. The carrier layer is hardened such that carrier layer receives a fixed connection with the fibers.
