The arrangement has a partial circuit (10) to receive a supply voltage (11), and a partial circuit (13) to receive an output signal (14) of the circuit (10) and a clock signal (15). The circuit (13) stores the output signal of the circuit (10) depending on the clock signal. A control unit (12) decouples the supply voltage from the circuit (13) for a time period that is shorter than cycle duration of the clock signal. The control unit has a circuit block generating the clock signal by delaying another clock signal.
