The arrangement has a magnetic encoder and a measured variable-magnetic sensor unit (3) detecting a measured variable directly and indirectly provided by the magnetic encoder. A positioning module (2) is provided for precise relative-positioning of the sensor unit at the magnetic encoder, where the positioning module has centering mechanisms (4, 5), which partially surround the magnetic encoder. The mechanisms are partially formed in a flexible manner, where the mechanisms are designed as a recess and/or clip and/or gripper-shaped annulus. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a sensor arrangement.
