The valve (4) has a valve body (41) controlling a passage surface of a throttle passage (40d) in connection with a suspension of a temperature sensing section (42). A dividing section (A) is provided on a flow-upward side of the throttle passage in a housing (40). The dividing section divides streams of a cooling medium i.e. carbon dioxide, flowing from an inlet opening (40a) such that the cooling medium flows to outlet openings (40b, 40c) through the throttle passage. A sensing section is arranged such that the sensing section is shifted corresponding to temperature of the medium. An independent claim is also included for a refrigeration circuit device comprising a pressure control valve and a compressor.
