The motor (10) has a control member (50), and a pressurized input channel (A2) enclosed in the control member, when pressure drops below a predetermined threshold value in a fluid medium channel. Oil stream of the fluid medium channel is guided under operating pressure in a predetermined piston/cylinder group, and a predetermined piston/cylinder group is locked out by operating pressure operation. A piston (V) rotates a shaft (12) and a casing (11), and a part of the piston is provided in an operating phase and another part of the piston is provided in a non-operating phase.
