The method involves selecting a broadcast program by a user for each program location (26,28,30) and assigning to these program place and conveying a program list (24) to a management unit (21). A transmission parameter is determined from the broadcast program selected from one of the management unit and is conveyed to a receiver (31) of the user. The broadcast programs are received from the receiver with the program list considering the transmission parameters.
