The water filter comprises a filter head, an exchangeable filter cartridge (3) having raw water distribution element (49), which is situated in the filter cartridge, a blending device, and an adjuster for adjusting a partial flow ratio between two flow paths (13). The raw water distribution element is positioned during the installation of the exchangeable filter cartridge into the filter head via adjustable or fixed carriers (8) on the filter head. The flow path comprises a filter line. The adjuster comprises the raw water distribution element arranged in and/or on the filter head. The water filter comprises a filter head, an exchangeable filter cartridge (3) having raw water distribution element (49), which is situated in the filter cartridge, a blending device, and an adjuster for adjusting a partial flow ratio between two flow paths (13). The raw water distribution element is positioned during the installation of the exchangeable filter cartridge into the filter head via adjustable or fixed carriers (8) on the filter head. The flow path comprises a filter line. The adjuster comprises the raw water distribution element arranged in and/or on the filter head, and a partial flow channel guidance element complementary arranged in and/or on the filter cartridge. The channel guidance element is lockably formed opposite to the filter cartridge. The raw water distribution element is arranged within the partial flow channel guidance element in the interior of the filter body and is formed opposite to the guidance element in axially or radially adjustable manner. The raw water distribution element is formed as part of the filter head or as element usable in the filter head. The detachable or undetachable connection is intended between the filter head and the raw water distribution element, which is formed as exchanging element. A control element is intended for the raw water distribution element. A positioning unit is intended for the raw water distribution element in the filter head and is lockably formed. The raw water distribution element comprises an outlet element and/or a covering element and has a ring-, slab- or sleeve form. The partial flow channel guidance element comprises a filter line inlet and/or a blend line inlet or filter- or water processing line inlet, which have slot forming inlet openings, which are formed predominantly circular up to oval. The partial flow channel guidance element comprises a channel structure, which connects the part of the passage for the filter line and/or the part of the passage for the blend line. The structure of the channels connects a part of the inlet opening for the processing line and/or a part of the passage for the inlet of the processing line to each other in liquid-conveying manner. The total cross-section of the partial flow channel guidance element formed from the total of the both partial flows effectively released by the raw water distribution element is equally or differently large in all blend adjustment. An encoding is formed between an element assigned the filter head and an element assigned the filter cartridge. The control element is intended for insertably positioning the inlet valve and/or the outlet valve or purging valve. The fixed carriers are adjustably formed for positioning the raw water distribution elements in its form and are lockably connected with the raw water distribution elements. The fixed carrier is pre-adjustably formed for a certain blend ratio. The raw water distribution element in the filter head is formed for the purpose of different uses of filter candles with different partial flow channel guidance geometry.
