The angle tracking target-seeking radar system, for a surface-to-air missile, has a controlled antenna (1) linked to a transceiver and signal processor (9) to prepare line of sight error signals to control the radar beam. The transceiver works with an angle tracking filter (7) and gyroscope/accelerator unit (11), to give the control signals for the auto pilot (13) for the fin (15) settings. The target error signals are correlated with the speed signals to decouple the antenna and the steering signals according to the amount of correlation.
