Pharmaceutical compsn. comprises a cyclosporin as active ingredient in a carrier medium contg. 1,2-propylene glycol, a surfactant, and a mixt. of mono-, di- and tri-glycerides. The glycerides are of 12-20C fatty acids, esp. predominantly unsaturated, e.g., from linolenic, linoleic, and oleic acids. These are prepd. from vegetable oils e.g. corn oil, by transesterifiction with glycerol. They have a free glycerol content below 5, esp. 1%.
