The strain of microorganism E. coli constructed on the basis the strain E. coli unable to utilize sucrose by insertion of genes encoding phosphoenolpyruvate-dependent sucrose-6-phosphotransferase system (sucrose PTC) or genes encoding the transport system in symport with proton (permease of type lac Y), invertase, fructokinase and sucrose-specific repressor (sucrose non-PTS) is cultured in nutrient medium and amino acid is isolated from cultural fluid. The strain E. coli VL 2055 comprising genes of sucrose non- PTS is a producer of threonine. The strain E. coli NZ10 rht A23/pAL4 comprising genes of sucrose PTS is a producer of homoserine. The strain E. coli 44-3-15 comprising genes of sucrose non-PTS is a producer of isoleucine. The strain E. coli VL 612 comprising genes of sucrose PTS is a producer of lysine. The strain E. coli VL 613 (VKPM B-3423) is a producer of lysine. The strain E. coli VL 1971 comprising genes of sucrose PTS is a producer of valine. The strain E. coli SV 164/pGH5 comprising genes of sucrose non-PTS is a producer of tryptophane. Invention provides the enhancement of expression of amino acids.
