The present invention relates to a method for sorting particles (100), including: - marking of said particles in order to modifytheir optical index, - placement of the said particles on a waveguide (104) of a support (108), - injection of light radiation into the said waveguide, injection causing displacement of particles on the said waveguide and separation of the particles.
