Cosmetic use of a neuropeptide Y (NPY) antagonistic compound to increase the size and/or volume of the lips and/or to model and/or embellish the smoothness of the lips. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition in the form of lipstick, liquid gloss, lip paste, lip liner pencil, lip balm or lip varnish, comprising the NPY antagonistic compound in a medium; and (2) cosmetic process of embellishing the damaged lips and/or treating the fragile/sensitive lips, comprising applying the composition on the lips.
