The assembly has a case supporting an apparatus e.g. mobile telephone (2). A steel pellet is fixed by an adhesive face and cooperates with a well (9). The case is constituted of semi-shells (4, 5) made of a synthetic material with a circular outer shape. The semi-shells are identical and fixed with each other by slots and tabs. The case has a mini permanent magnet (11) and a double face adhesive part (10) dimensioned, so that sides of the part are bonded to a side of the case and a receptive surface respectively by bonding of the part`s sides.
