The method involves defining a shape of a surface to be covered and reproducing the shape on a temporary initial support. Curved and/or rectilinear slats (4) of wood are glued, and the pasted slats are installed on sites. Slots are made between the adjacent slats, and caulking joints (3) are placed in the slots to assemble the slats. A pressure sensitive adhesive film is positioned on a surface of a cover part (1), which is opposite to the surface pasted on the support. The cover part of the support is separated, and the surface of the cover part is reversed and finished to form a cover.
