An aluminum alloy sheet comprises (wt.%) silicon (0.8-1.2); iron (0.1-0.3); manganese (0.05-0.2); magnesium (0.1-0.3); copper (=0.3); titanium (=0.15); other elements up to 0.05 each, up to 0.15 in total and aluminum balance. In T4 temper condition having a yield strength (Rp) of =50 MPa, a uniform elongation (Au) of =20% and a total elongation (A80) of =22%. Independent claims are also included for: (A) a formed part, e.g. bonnet part, particularly an inner formed part, of an aluminum alloy, after forming and paint baking having a yield strength of below 150, preferably105-130 MPa; and (B) a process for producing an aluminum alloy sheet comprising casting an aluminum alloy with a composition; homogenization and/or preheating; hot-rolling; cold-rolling to an intermediate gauge optionally followed by inter-annealing; cold-rolling to final gauge; solution heat treating by continuous annealing; and quenching, preferably by forced air, to produce a sheet in T4-condition.
