A unit (4) positions and retains the assembly with the housing on body of a user in a zone (Z) situated between belt (C) and the shoulder (E) of the user. The unit has an elastic strap (5) with strands (5a, 5b) forming a horizontal belt in usage position. The strap has an adjusting buckle (50) to adjust the peripheral diameter of the belt.
