The belt (1) has a sewed peripheral braid (21) formed of reflective material, and an outer surface (6) formed of an elastic knitted velvet (7) with a buckle (7a), where the velvet is lined with an elastic band on entire length of the belt, to ensure extensible functioning of the belt. The buckle forms a female element of a hook and loop self-gripping system. The system has male elements e.g. hooks, engaged with the buckle such that a can is removably fixed by a carrier on the belt`s length, and an extensible cover/headband has a semi-rigid panel fixed by a seam, at its outer surface.
