The synchronizer has a globally annular sliding sleeve (29) with an axial spline (64) and a pressure spline (39) to slide on a synchronizer body (25). A circular arc shaped lever (31) has a head (58) movable to an extreme radial position. The pressure spline has a front portion that axially extends toward a unique pinion (27) from an inclined plan (43) such as 45 degree angle, in which the portion has an introduction ramp (41), that radially extends toward an axis (24a) from the position and that is inclined by direction of the pinion so that the sleeve exerts a centripetal effort on the head.
