The device has a control rod (4) with a caliper shaped yoke joint (5) in its extension, from a side of a lever. The joint has a bottom (6) and arms (6a, 6b) situated laterally from both sides of an extension (11) of the lever. The extension (11) and arms are pierced to form holes (13) for permitting the passage of an articulation axle (9). The extension extends until the bottom when the axle is not positioned and do not exert effort on the lever. The extension (11) has contact surface whose round shape is adapted based on the movement of the lever for ensuring a continuity of contact.
