The system has an autonomous electronic case with navigation keys for selecting questions, and inputting keys for inputting answers to the questions. A memory stores answers provided by individual related to the questions. A reading/writing unit is cooperated with a personal memory card and a DVD memory card. The personal memory card includes best answers to the questions. The DVD memory card stores an aggregate of best answers obtained by comparing the answers stored in the memory with answers supplied by the personal memory card. An independent claim is also included for a method for constituting an individual`s knowledge controlling system.
