The fin has a flexible or rigid mobile plane aileron (1) independent of a float (2). The aileron is integrated to the float using two fixed cables (3, 4) fixed at middle of front and rear edges of the aileron and below a keel of the float at front and back, respectively. The aileron has a rod (10) arranged to permit the user to mount and descend to orient the fin along vertical axis and to incline the fin along transversal axis and longitudinal axis using an elastic element (6), and permits one of the cables to elongate.
