The device has a water collecting case (1) in which an air/water heat exchanger (2) is introduced. The exchanger is supplied by a hot water outlet (5) and a reheated water return path (6). An aquastat (32) of the exchanger has a contact (34) operating a motor (4) of an air extractor (3), when temperature of hot air (20) reaches its threshold point in an air depression chamber (14). The aquastat operates a hydraulic pump (7) for supplying hot water to a water/water heat exchanger (8) if water temperature of the exchanger (2) is greater than water temperature (29) of a hot water balloon (9).
